Stopford’s Consultancy Director, Deb Pal gave a presentation on our hydrogen services and the Energy Trilemma, at this years’ Hydrogen Tech Expo in Telford.
Deb covered how recent world events have impacted the Energy Trilemma, usually a trade-off between the three goals, in which two are pursued at the expense of the third.
The three goals are; energy security, environmental sustainability and energy equity (affordability). Deb reviewed the goals for the hydrogen economy and determined the potential impacts for consideration in shaping the future growth of the UK hydrogen sector.
Our presentation referenced Stopford's capability and experience in the generation of low carbon hydrogen, to it's safe use in decarbonising UK industry as a means to balance the Energy Trilemma.
The exhibition provided a great opportunity to network and connect with companies from across the hydrogen technology industry, with a focus on advanced concepts, technologies and partnering. Our presentation generated a lot of interest, highlighting our Plasmergy technology.
Stopford’s exhibition team, Kate Riley-Lead Environmental Consultant, Fiona Kirby-Lead Process Consultant and Christine Curtis-Technical Commercial Manager had some great conversations, thank you to those that visited our stand and met with the team.
