The two companies have initiated a detailed due diligence phase with a joint technical visit to the new Materials Processing Institute (MPI) site in Middlesbrough. The collaboration marks a significant step toward the validation and commercial deployment of Nexergy’s friction-based pyrolysis technology, which aims to convert post-consumer waste into high-quality oil, supporting the UK’s transition to a circular economy.
