Innovation

Stopford has a proven track record in developing innovative process technologies and process solutions across the energy and environment sectors.

Our in-house scientists lead research and development, technology feasibility, and proof of concept studies, supported by our laboratory facilities at Lancaster University and the University of Chester. Engaging with our multidisciplinary engineering team from the outset enables immediate consideration with regard to process scale-up and design of pilot scale facilities.

Our expert consultants provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure process compliance with regulation and commercial drivers to ensure that process design fulfils the desired outcomes. Our Engineers and Project Managers oversee the plant development to full scale operation, assured by knowledge of the technology from project inception.
